Individual Therapy

I work with individuals from an insight oriented and relational perspective. This means that I place great importance on building a strong therapeutic relationship, one in which you feel safe, understood, and comfortable exploring the parts of yourself that may be difficult to face alone.

My work is primarily psychodynamically informed, with a focus on developing insight and understanding longstanding patterns, emotions, and relationship dynamics. I believe that greater self understanding creates greater freedom. By exploring these experiences together, new choices, perspectives, and possibilities can emerge.

At the same time, I recognize that insight alone is not always enough. I am also trained in more structured, skills based, and goal oriented approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed interventions. I incorporate these approaches on a case by case basis, depending on each individual's unique needs and goals.

I believe that therapy is not one size fits all. Because every person is different, therapy will look different for every individual. We will work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that feels tailored to your specific needs and supports you in creating meaningful and lasting change.
