Getting started is simple. Reach out by contact form, phone, or email to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. This initial conversation gives us an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether we might be a good fit for working together.

I take an active and engaged approach. While feeling understood and validated is important, therapy with me goes beyond simply listening and offering support. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, one that we embark on together.
I will actively help you explore patterns, ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions, and consider new perspectives. At times, our work may feel challenging, but meaningful growth often occurs when we are willing to look deeply at ourselves in the presence of a trusted other. My goal is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you better understand yourself and create lasting change.
